Working Life during MCO

30th March, 2020

Due to the extended MCO period, our company has encouraged us to work from home. So our working time has been adjusted to more shorter time and by shift. We are working from 9am to 3pm daily and we are divided into two batches of staffs to work by shift alternately. We have to practice social distance of 1 meter from our customers, agents and even our colleagues too. Mask is a priority now during work and frequent hand wash must be practiced always. Be safe everyone!

Life at Home during MCO

Since the starting of the MCO, our life is completely different now. Kids are not going to school anymore, my hubby couldn't go our for work and we have all our meals mostly at home. So for me a working mom, I still need to go for work and prepare meals for my families. Luckily my company got make some changes for the working time. To me, life is becoming more busier as I have to take care of the meal of my families, groceries, housework, kids homework and even work too. But everything will be worth it as long as everyone is safe and healthy.

This is how we look at home. Doing nothing and relaxing at home.

Covid-19 Movement Control Order (1st Phase)

18th March, 2020 - 31st March, 2020

Due to the seriousness of the Covid-19 virus happening in Malaysia, our government has decided to implement the Movement Control Order (MCO) from 18th March to 31st March.

During this period of time, all of the schools or tuition centres will be closed. Most companies will be closed except those are in the list of the essential service which my company is also considered as the essential service. So I still need to work.

Our movement is being controlled, meaning that we are only allowed to go out from our house to buy groceries, to buy takeaways and to do something important at the essential service sector.

So as a Malaysian, the only thing we can help in fighting this virus is to just stay at home in order to stop the spreading of the virus. I pray for the safety of all my families and everyone during this hard period.

Brunch at Hopoh Food Court

Having brunch at Hopoh Food Court today. Having dim sum, chicken rice and our favourite Kueh Chap. Yummy!

Happy 42nd Birthday, Hubby!

Happy birthday, hubby! Today we celebrated his birthday in a simple way. Having a simple dinner and cut cake at home. I have made his birthday cake this year, with the theme of PUBG.
