Homemade Soft White Bread

Made a soft white bread using my bread machine again today. After a few attempt of making bread, now i knew the kind of texture and the right recipe that i want for my bread. Now my homemade bread is my family all time favourite. 

Cake Ordering

Received an order to make a birthday cake from my colleague, Daphne for her daughter's birthday. It is quite a challenge for me but in the end i managed to made it and final result is amazing. Thanks Daphne for giving me the chance to do something i am really interested in. I still need to practice more and more on cake decorating skill.

Another attempt of using my bread machine. This time i try to make chocolate bread which taste very nice. 

Made a few more products on the same day. Hokkaido Chiffon Cake, Steam sponge cake and Hokkaido Chiffon Cupcakes. 

Happy Winter Solstice 2017

Happy Winter Solstice 2017. Same as every year, we will all made the rice ball together the night before. My hubby and the kids are having so much fun making the rice ball with different colors and pattern.  Tonight we having our family dinner. This year the dinner we have it at big brother's house and each of us have to prepare dishes to his place. This year I managed to home cooked two dishes for the night. One is "排骨王" and "鸡精药材蒸鸡". 

Our New Entertainment - Xiaomi Box

Received my Xiaomi Box today. So damn happy. With it, we can watch a lot of movies online and can watch comfortably. I bought it from lelong.com and it really didn't disappoint me. Now the kids don't need to watch youtube movies using my laptop and also my movie date with my hubby will be more interesting.

Hermana Sisters Outing Night

This year around October, 2017, I have started again my online business with my colleague best friend, Jane. We called our shop as "Hermana Store", Hermana means sisters in spanish. Right now we just sell things mostly on Facebook and we sells variety of product and upon request of customer, we will try our best to search for the best quality product for them. To celebrate our three months of operating, we went for a dinner and karaoke night tonight. Having so much fun tonight. Wish our Hermana Store business will getting smooth and successful one day. 

Staff Gathering Night 2017

This year another staff gathering night with my boss and colleagues. This time we went for a steamboat dinner and christmas gift exchanging on tat day too. This year I received some baking tools from my secret santa.
