My Innochef Touch & Airfryer

During this MCO period, everyday I have to cook for my family for their meals; breakfast, lunch and dinner. 

Been targeting to own this Innochef Touch and Airfryer for quite some time. Found that it has so many function in one Machine, plus the Airfryer is also something that I have been wanting to have as I don't really like to fry food. 

With Innochef Touch, it has the function as cooker, cooker hood, cookware, whipping, mixer, mincer, scale, coffee maker, food processor, grating, bread maker, juicer, timer, emulsifying, chopper and steamer. It also has free apps and free guided recipes which can be used for our cooking. 

While the Innochef Airfryer has the function as fryer, popcorn maker, barbecue, grilling, dehydrator, pizza maker and oven. 

Finally, I have decided to invest one for myself. This Innochef Touch and Airfryer cost me around RM6088 (Innochef Touch) + RM388 (Innochef Airfryer) = RM6476.00.

Feeling excited and happy to have it and can't wait to experiment using it soon. Hope these electronic kitchen helpers can really save my time in cooking and assisting me in multitasking.   

Covid 19 Movement Control Order (Phase 3)

15th April, 2020 - 28th April 2020

Our government had announced for the Movement Control Order (MCO) to be extended for another two weeks till 28th April, 2020 due to the covid 19 cases in Malaysia. Looks like our country still need some more time to control the spreading of the virus. 

First Homemade Kolok Mee

First attempt in cooking Kolok mee at home with my hubby. A bit over cooked but taste nice. 

My Homemade Onigiri

First attempt in trying making onigiri. The kids like it very much. I was supposed to cook fried rice but the rice is a bit wet so I made in into onigiri instead. It's Malaysian style onigiri, rice with manicai, egg and luncheon meat. Haha...

Experiment Cake Day

13th April, 2020

Today experimenting two types of cakes, Steam Egg Cake and Seri Kaya Cake.  First attempt in making them so the result is not as amazing as you expected but still ok. 

Hair Cut Day

12th April, 2020

The kids' hair are getting long due to the MCO, couldn't bring them to the saloon to have their haircut. It's ok, they still have their daddy barber to help them to settle their long hair. See how professional their daddy barber is! 

Cake Day

8th April, 2020

Today managed to make two types of cakes, Steam Layered Yogurt Cake and Unbaked Avocado Cheese Cake. 

Baking Mood On

After my working time adjusted, I am having a bit more free time to do baking recently. It's been a while since I have use my bread machine. Today just bake a simple bread loaf and a snack, cuttlefish seaweed. 

School Life at Home during MCO

Due to the MCO, the kids are mostly having their online learning at home. Kelson has to do his homework assigned by his school teachers through the Google Classroom while Kelven is having his classes mostly from Facebook Live. We as parents are the one to guide and monitor the kids in their homework during this period. Teaching is not an easy job especially when you are teaching your own kids. I believe most of the parents agree that we have been shouting like crazy when teaching the kids doing their homework. Really thankful to the teachers and tuition teachers patiently teach them during the normal days. 

Covid 19 Movement Control Order (Phase 2)

1st April, 2020 - 14th April, 2020

Our government has announced that the Movement Control Order to be extended for two more weeks from 1st April to 14th April due to the increasing numbers of the confirmed case in Malaysia. 

For some of the people, it is a bad news to them as their business is really effected badly. But for some of the people, it is a good news to them because to them, it is not really safe to let the children to be back to school and also people will be start going around outdoors, meeting or gathering, will increase the risk of the getting the virus more. 

Hopefully by extending the MCO will really helps with reducing the confirmed cases in Malaysia. Pray for Malaysia. Be safe and healthy everyone!
