Made these cakes today. It's been a while since I have baking. I think I will start to spend more time in baking soon since the shop has closed down plus I am jobless right now.
Made these three cakes in one night, two steam cakes and one bake cake. Steam sponge cake, steam cheese cake which is not very successful and vanilla swiss roll.
