Today an emergency situation happened at my family today. I received phone call from Yvonne’s teacher saying that she has been vomitting. So I quickly call my hubby to fetch Yvonne back from school and bring her to the hospital. After that I received another phone call from Kelson that he has been vomitting too and need us to fetch him back home too. Then no choice i have to leave my work immediately to bring my kids to the hospital with my hubby.
Along the way to the hospital, Yvonne has been vomitting several times and when reaching the hospital, she still continue vomitting. I think around 8 times of vomitting, then no choice doctor said she need to be admitted to the hospital immediately. Kelson been vomitting for around 3 times but luckily he just need to take a jab and took medicine.
Then it is a suffering moment for Yvonne, as she needed to be get an IV drip due to dehydration. Yvonne kept fighting back, she resisted the procedure as she is so scared of being pain. We have to wrap her with the blanket in order for the doctor to place the cannula to her vein. She has been shouting like crazy. My poor baby.
In the evening, I started to feel unwell too. I also vomit and start to feel feverish. Then I went to see doctor and get some medicine after that. Doctor said a lot of people is getting this kind of virus today. I guess Yvonne, Kelson and me are getting food poisoning as we had the same food yesterday.
Yvonne needed to be admitted to the hospital for monitoring. Luckily she is getting better after the drip and managed to eat a little bit food. I spent the night with her at the hospital today. So together two sick people staying at the hospital for a night.
