Chinese New Year Day 7

28th January, 2023

Today is Day 7 of Chinese New year. I have started work since yesterday. Then it is weekend again today. We went out for breakfast today at Ming's Garden. The dim sum wasn't as nice as we had before.

In the evening, we went for photo shooting at Miri Times Square with the Chinese New Year decorations there.

Chinese New Year Day 4

25th January, 2023

Today is the 4th day of Chinese New year. Today we didn't go anywhere too. Just went for shopping in the evening.

Chinese New Year Day 3

24th January, 2023

Today is 3rd day of Chinese New year. Today our OOTD theme is blue color. Another photo shooting day at home.

Went out for dinner tonight. Our first try at Aroi Mak Thai, having Thais food. Quite nice for first time experience.

Chinese New Year Day 2

23rd January, 2023

Today is Chinese New Year Day 2 and it is also is my Dad in Law's Birthday. This year he invited the lion dance group to come visiting our house to celebrate his birthday.

Today our OOTD theme is pink color. We took our family photos too today. It has been a few years since we took our big family photos together.

Today we didn't go anywhere too. So it is my photoshooting day at home again.

Chinese New Year Day 1

22nd January, 2023

Happy Chinese New Year 2023!

Today our OOTD theme is red. Same like always we are staying at home.

Went to have brunch at Imperial Palace Hotel, having their "Canning Dim Sum". Too bad left not much choice. Quite nice for our first try.

In a blink of an eye, Chinese New year is coming today. This year we are having our reunion dinner at our house. Same as always, every family prepare two dishes for the dinner. This year I cooked Abalone Chicken and Salad Fruits.

This year chinese new year is quite rush for us. So didn't managed to prepare much. Made four types of cakes this year; Batik Cake, Belacan Lumut Cake, Yogurt Cheese Cake and Lemon Yogurt Butter Cake. But it doesn't looks so perfect this year. Rumors said if you made the cakes when you are having period, the chances of failure is very high. It really happens to me this year. Most of the cny snacks were bought one.
