The Story of my Life: My Thailand Trip

Feeling excited for my trip to Thailand. Eventhough there is protestion by the red shirt at Bangkok but we are still going to Bangkok. We are staying far away from the place of protestion. So we need not to worry much.

Wake up early in the morning and sent my son to school. After that, have our breakfast and directly went to the airport for our 10.00 am flight to KL. Reached KL around 12.30 pm and stay at the KL airport to take 3.30 pm flight to Bangkok. Tired of sitting on the plane for such a long time. Feel pain on the whole body. Reached Bangkok at around 6.00 pm our time. At Thailand their time is an hour earlier than our Malaysia time. Can't get used to it at first but then slowly knew how to just minus one hour from my watch time.

Once arrived at Bangkok, we quickly look for taxi to send us to the hotel to check-in. Luckily we found a mini van which can fits around 7 people. We stay around the China town area in Bangkok and check into the White Orchid Hotel around that area. Not those luxurious type of hotel, it is just like our Gloria Hotel in Miri. After check in, take some rest for a while and then went to have our dinner at a food court area called Som Loom (forgot how to spell already). A place with lots of foods to be chosen. We get there by taking their miniature taxi which is called Tuk Tuk in their country. It is like a three wheel motorbike with roof. Reached the food court, it was really big and it also have a big night market around there. The people here are buying food with coupons and not with cash. So we have to exchange our cash into coupon first before buying the food. Having nice dinner and fresh fruit juice. But mostly the food there is so spicy.... After dinner, walk around the night market for a while then finally can get back to the hotel. Take a nice bath and nice sleep. Tiring and exhausted.....
