Confinement Day 11

10th December, 2021

Today is Day 11 of my confinement day. These are my confinement meal for the day. 

Today bring Baby Yvonne for jaundice checking again. Luckily the jaundice reading has dropped to 8 today. Doctor said there is no need for follow up checkup anymore. I guess stopping breastfeeding really effective then.
